About the Director

Abdul Wali Baloch is a director and producer based in Pakistan, widely recognized as a pioneer in the country’s contemporary music video scene. A Film and Television graduate from the prestigious National College of Arts (NCA), Wali has brought cinematic craftsmanship and visual storytelling to the forefront of Pakistan’s music industry.

With over 30 music videos to his name, Wali has been instrumental in shaping the visual identity of a new generation of music videos, working with leading names such as Young Stunners, Talhah Yunus, Talha Anjum, Jokhay, UMAIR, Asim Azhar, Mooroo, JANI and more. His work has also garnered attention on a global scale through collaborations with international labels including Sony Music, Universal Music, and Mass Appeal.

In 2024, Abdul Wali Baloch made his film debut as a director & producer with Kattar Karachi, Pakistan’s first-ever musical film. Starring Talha Anjum, Kinza Hashmi, and Imran Ashraf, the film received critical acclaim for its innovative approach, bold themes, and cultural resonance—solidifying Wali’s place as a ground-breaking voice in Pakistani cinema.
